Mueller Wrist Guard
Maintain healthy joints while you work.
We've bought & tried a LOT of guards, and this one is by FAR the best. Definitely worth the extra investment.

Make Your Kitchen WFH Ready
Put Your Kitchen To Work
Top tips, products & tricks for using your WFH status to improve your eating habits.
USB Mug Warmer
Keep Your Hot Drinks Hot
No need to down your hot drinks - enjoy them at your own pace while keeping them the perfect temperature with a USB mug warmer.
Compression Gloves
If the Mueller wrist guard are my orthopedic shoes, these gloves are my socks.
Ergonomics is EVERYTHING! Help keep your wrists & fingers in healthy working positions, improve blood flow & (I think most importantly) give yourself an easily washable layer between yourself & your proper guard - you're gonna want it after those long typing days!
I have multiple pairs of these on rotation & I especially love the copper-lined gloves for their added anti-microbial benefit.
Sit-Stand Workstation
Variation is everything.
There's a reason why factory workers rotate - the same repetitive motion & the same position day in & day out wears at the body.
Find ways to work differently - sit in bed for a bit (but not for too long), stand while you work by using your laptop at a tall table, or get one of these adjustable work stations - whatever you can do to avoid repetitive strain.
Planning Ahead
Get your dates in order.
One benefit of WFH is that you can move back to a good ol' fashioned diary/planner without needing to worry about lugging it around with you all the time. I personally am obsessed with BusyB's products, especially in the format seen here (view product to check out the inside)
The Best Pens EVER!
My day can't start without my uni-ball... literally.
Uni-ball fine pens bring me joy. Find the pen that brings you joy & make sure you always have it on hand.
I love uni-ball fine pens because they have zero resistance - writing with this pen is like gliding on ice.
